Aaron Judge leads MLB in home runs.

To say Aaron Judge has had quite the rookie season would be an understatement. Heading into the break, Judge not only has the most homers in baseball, but made history in the process.

Judge’s 30 homers eclipsed Joe DiMaggio’s previous record for a Yankees rookie. Judge now holds the record for most home runs by a Yankees rookie with plenty of baseball left to add to his total.

While he may be overshadowed by Judge’s debut performance, George Springer is right on Judge’s heels with 27 homers. Springer has been a big reason the Astros are the best team in MLB. Springer is hitting .310 with 61 RBI to go along with his 27 home runs.

Giancarlo Stanton and Joey Votto are next in line with 26 home runs each. Cody Bellinger and Mike Moustakas round out the top six tied at 25 home runs. It has been a unique season so far with two rookies (Judge and Bellinger) sitting in the top five.
