While no video has surfaced of the alleged Ezekiel Elliot incident at Clutch bar, TMZ posted the above video of the aftermath. The video shows a man on the bar floor being attended to then cuts to him outside the bar next to an ambulance.
Here’s what we know so far about the incident. TMZ reported two different witnesses who said Elliott punched the man. Reports indicate the victim appeared intoxicated, and did not name the person who punched him. His friend told TMZ, “It was that Dallas Cowboys running back.”
The person filming the above video said the person who was punched had a verbal disagreement with a person in Elliott’s party, and Elliott got involved.
Here’s the details from TMZ.
The person who shot the video tells us the man was involved in a verbal altercation with a woman who was in Ezekiel’s party … when Ezekiel got involved.
The witness says she saw Ezekiel punch the man — corroborating the story the victim’s friend told police. However, cops at the scene could not confirm Zeke was the attacker and he has not been arrested or charged with a crime.
It is important to note that Elliot nor anyone else was arrested. Elliott was not at the bar when the police arrived.
