Right at the beginning of tonight’s live results episode for the top 12 of The Voice season 13 started off by revealing several safe contestants moving on to the top 11. From Adam Levine’s team, Addison Agen was the first contestant to be announced as moving forward in the competition. America’s votes also saved Noah Mac from Jennifer Hudson’s team and from Team Blake, Chloe Kohanski. Then, to break up some of the results, Hudson took the stage with her three members for a performance of “Let It Be” by The Beatles. Tonight is the first night that viewers at home can participate in real-time voting results, using the Instant Save to keep one out of the two bottom contestants. As the show carries on tonight, tune in here as we reveal the results live.
After Hudson’s performance with her teammates, host Carson Daly revealed one of Miley Cyrus’ team members as moving on in the competition. Brooke Simpson was announced as continuing on. America also saved Keisha Renee from Blake Shelton’s team. Next up was a performance by Maroon 5, with lead singer Adam Levine (coach on The Voice), singing “Lovers Do.” Following the performance, actress Elizabeth Banks joined host Carson Daly on stage to talk about working with the top 12 contestants of The Voice for a Pitch Perfect music video.
The next two contestants who are safe from elimination were revealed, following the showing of the Pitch Perfect video. From Team J-Hud (Jennifer Hudson), Shi’Ann Jones was revealed as safe, followed by a member of Team Miley – Janice Freeman.
